We provide data logging services, long or short term, with full analysis, and also work on flow characteristics in small 1st order streams through to more complex systems.
We collaborate with leading academics from a number of Universities throughout the UK and Europe, and provide scientific advice to Government Agencies. Our staff publish and contribute to publications, internal and external reports, and peer reviewed literature. We frequently present at annual and specialist conferences throughout the UK.
Our staff voluntarily contribute to the wider sector through our Outreach ‘pro bono’ work. We sit on the Broads Angling Services Group and the Institute for Fisheries Management, where we hold positions from Vice Chair of Fish Specialist Section to IFM Diploma Manager. We sit on and contribute to the Prymnesium Task and Finish Group, a multi-disciplinary group established by the Environment Agency and comprising of John Innes Centre, Fishtrack, University of East Anglia, Internal Drainage Board, and Natural England, to co-ordinate management actions and track progress of research into brackish water algae Prymnesium parvum.
Fishtrack are a rapidly growing, dynamic, ecological consultancy based in East Anglia with a national client base.
